Masquerade Ball 

Benefitting the establishment of a partnership program between Sweetser Maine and local law enforcement.

On Thursday, August 22nd, 2019, Above Board—All Hands on Deck hosted their 2nd annual fundraising initiative, a Masquerade Ball held at the Colony Hotel, to establish a partnership program between local law enforcement and Sweetser Maine. This initiative would further expand the crisis services Sweetser provides to include ride-alongs for Sweetser staff with officers, conduct up to five (5) follow-up visits for crisis response as well as follow-ups on those calls that do not meet the level of an emergency crisis at the time. The evening featured food stations from celebrated local chefs, musical entertainment by the Carmine Band, and a Masquerade Performance by local actors. Above Board set a goal of $30,000 to fund the partnership and was thrilled to raise over $60,000 to sup-port this initiative.
